Metro Manila's first indoor training facility solely dedicated to the growth and spread of Parkour. I was really lucky to be one of the first to try The Academy! Even though it's not fully finished yet.
For me this is a dream come true. I've always wanted to go to Tempest Freerunning Academy to practice, and Ninja Academy is just as awesome as that! It's like the Tempest Freerunnning Academy of the Philippines.
Bars - I've always hated bars because of what it does to your hands. But when you see the bars of Ninja Academy, you'll be wanting to just hang in there, move from one bar to another, do a precision, bar transfer, swing to a cat leap and so much more!
Wall climbing - Honestly, I didn't expect Ninja Academy will have one of these. It's a four to five meters high and it connects to those things they use in Ninja Warrior where you use only your fingertips to be able to move to another level and a pull up bar.
Vault boxes - They have a four feet 5 inches, a three feet and I think a two feet vault boxes. You can do all kind of vaults from beginner to advance. You can simply create a flow by combining those boxes.
Wall climb, cat leap from beginner to advance, bar above the six feet deep foam fit, precision jump from beginner to advance and whatever creative move you can do in this spot!
Beside the Ninja Academy, there's Club Gymnastica. Here you can practice your skills on gymnastics. Like tumbling, parallel bars, high bar, pommel horse and more gymnastic equipments.
Here at Ninja Academy, they offer martial arts tricking, arnis, kendo, basic and advanced Parkour and Freerunning, etc. That's why it's called the Ninja Academy! There's a lot of things you can do at the Academy!
Come visit the Grand Opening on March 15, 2014! Just register online at ninjaacademy.ph and the entrance is free!
